Position 1: Electrician
Position 2: Fitter
Position 3: Turner
Position 4: Food Production General
Position 5: Bakery

Key Features:

• Apprentice Trainee positions for ITI, 10th, and 12th pass candidates

Qualification:

10th, 12th Pass or ITI in relevant trades (Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Food Production, Bakery)

Passing Years Accepted: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023

Age Criteria:

18 to 26 years

Skills:

• Basic understanding of the trade applied for

• Willingness to work in industrial food production settings

• Discipline, punctuality, and readiness to learn

Eligibility:

• Fresher candidates welcome

• Both male and female candidates eligible

• Graduate candidates may apply (different stipend)

Requirement:

• Physical fitness for factory/production work

• Ready to work in rotational shifts

• Willing to complete 1-year apprenticeship training

Basic Salary:

• For ITI/10th/12th Pass: ₹13,500/-

• For Graduates: ₹14,000/-

• CTC: ₹15,000/- (Includes ₹12,000 Stipend + ₹1,500 Living Allowance + Attendance Award + Retention Bonus)

Additional Benefits:

• Quarterly Attendance Bonus:

  • ₹3,000/- for >95% attendance

  • ₹2,000/- for 91-95% attendance

  • ₹1,000/- for 80-90% attendance

• Retention Bonus: ₹6,000 at the end of 12 months

• Initial Benefits:
